VERA CARLO, 59, of Cliffside Park died peacefully on Saturday, April 18, 2020. Beloved husband of Maria Rubiela Velez. Loving father to Karla and Tania Vera.
He was born in Guayaquil- Ecuador had his bachelor’s degree in architecture. Later, he emigrated to the US to offer a better life to his family. He worked tirelessly to improve his quality of life, he supported his family, especially his daughters.
Carlo was always a helpful, participative, nobleman. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, perseverance, patience, and belief that better days would come.
He loved salsa music, walking on sunny days, and gastronomy, especially seafood. He also loved soccer and his beloved team Barcelona Sporting Club.
He was catholic and attended a church in Passaic, he will be dearly missed by family and friends.
His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone he interacted with.
Cremation was private.
