RODRIGUEZ ROSADO, ANGEL A. “TONY”, 74, of Paterson died peacefully on Friday, January 14, 2022. Beloved husband of Amparo. Loving father of Julia, Ivelisse, Giovanni & his wife Bremarie, Karen & her husband Tomas Carrasquilla and Katherine & her husband Adolfo Garcia Osorio. Cherished grandfather and great grandfather of Paul, Joshua, Michael, Jennifer, Monica, Jasmine, Victoria, Jadyn, Melanie, Aubrey, Kyle Jr. Aiden, Isabel, Joseph, Delilah, Henry Rosario, Sarah Mayorga, Tyler, Alex, River, Dax, Raquel, Armando, Rebeka, Diana Marie, Sebastian David, Dalilah Lynn, Soriyah Lee, Niko Adolfo.
Tony worked for 30 years at United wire metal and machine as a maintenance electrician until he retired. He loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Listening to music was his favorite pass time. We will miss dancing with our dad. Tony was a great handyman around the house and could fix anything. He was also a great cook and for that reason, holidays were the best when he cooked our traditional foods like roast pork (pernil), Colombian empanadas and buñuelos. A little habit of our dad was he couldn’t go without playing his scratch-offs and buying lottery tickets every week. Our father has passed but he knew he was loved very much.
Friends and family will be received for a memorial visitation on Sunday, January 23th from 12:00-4:00 PM at Manke Memorial @ Scillieri-Arnold Funeral Home, 351 Fifth Avenue, Paterson. A Funeral Service will be held during visitation at 3:15 PM at the funeral home. Cremation was private.
