Anna E. Greimel

GREIMEL, ANNA ELIZABETH (nee Muller), 99, of Bridgewater, NJ formerly of Hawthorne and Upper Saddle River, died peacefully on Friday, October 1, 2021. Anna was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 23, 1922. Anna was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother in addition to being an accomplished knitter, quilter, crossword puzzler, and avid reader. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Jeptha Chapter since 1948, where she held 11 different officer positions over the years including Worthy Matron.
Anna is predeceased by her parents, Frederick & Theresa Muller, her brothers Herbert Muller and Frederick Muller, her sister Cornelia Parker and her husband Otto W. Greimel (1995). She is survived by three sons, Raymond and his wife Paula of Parlin, Chris and his wife Susan of Allendale, and Bill and his wife Sharon of Medford Lakes. She is also survived by nine grandchildren Stacy, Matthew, Trisha, Kate, Courtney, Elizabeth, Brian, Britlyn, and Meredith, and ten great-grandchildren, Luke, Olivia, Jack, Charlie, Vivian, Hudson, Georgia, Grace, Leo, and Lynn.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, October 5th from 6:00-8:00 PM at Manke Memorial @ Scillieri-Arnold Funeral Home, 351 Fifth Avenue, Paterson, NJ, 07514. An Eastern Star service will be held at the Funeral Home at 7:30 PM. Cremation will be private with a future burial at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
