AKERS, HAZEL D. (nee HILT), 94, of Wayne formerly of Paterson died peacefully on Sunday, November 13, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Wallace (1977). Devoted mother of the late Wallace Jr. (1994). Cherished sister of the late Rose Marie Hilt and Eleanor Hilt (1990). Adored friend of Gloria and James Pastras.
Before retiring Hazel was a dedicated Crossing Guard for the City of Paterson.
